Fault #10 indicates an open circuit for the heatsink temperature probe(s). Fault #71 indicates an internal fault in the communication card. Repair Actions: The main blower and the blower controlled card need to be checked and eventually fixed or replaced. The entire power module may need to be replaced because the temperature sensor is built in. The communication card has to be fixed or replaced. Comments: Drive temperature went high after only a few minutes of running, there was not too much air flow on the top of the drive. Since the blower was not accessible, there is a possibility of being stalled or not up to speed.
