Computer control card has been cleaned, rebuilt and tested. Analog operational amplifiers have been replaced. Switching power supply board has been rebuilt. All output voltages tested OK. Drive was configured in V/F mode and tested OK at light load. All parameters were restored to original values. Final test passed.
