Comments:

Upon visual inspection of the drive, some traces of blown parts were detected. The internal right side of the drive has traces of smoke, explosion debris was present. We suspect W-phase output power module is damaged. Motor checked OK. Since other electrical machines in the plant were not affected we suspect an internal failure of this inverter. Air filters of the electrical cabinet were present and fairly clean. No signs of overcurrent were present on the power lines or drive terminals.
