Repair Actions:

K1 relay, Sigma Control and N2 analog interface have to be checked or replaced.

Comments:

F149 can be triggered by Digital Input #6 or Analog Input #2. According to Kaeser SFC160 wiring diagram, Digital Input #6 means "control voltage OK" and it is connected to K1 relay, O1.5 from Kaeser Sigma and Digital Output 3 from Siemens drive. Analog Input #2 is basically the air main pressure p1 signal generated by the Kaeser Sigma Control through the analog interface N1. When this signal come out of the range of 4-20mA a fault F149 is generated.
