Trips on HW Overcurrent: The drive output current has exceeded the hardware current limit. Check programming. Check for excess load, improper DC boost setting, DC brake volts set too high or other causes of excess current.

Power stage of the drive has been checked, no problem found. Motor insulation test has been performed, the reading was above 500Mohm at 1000V. Drive parameters have to be checked to make sure this drive was properly programmed.
